SDU Masters Scholarship Courses
The scholarship is open to non-EU/EEA citizens pursuing Master’s degrees in Sønderborg, particularly in the fields of
- Electronics Engineering and
- Mechatronic Engineering.
Eligibility Requirements for SDU Masters Scholarship
To be eligible for the University of Southern Denmark’s (SDU) Masters Scholarship:
- Applicants must be non-EU/EEA citizens enrolling in one of the designated Master’s programs in Sønderborg.
- Applications for admission must be submitted no later than February 1, 2024.
- This deadline of February 1 applies even if you possess a Danish residence permit.
- All applications must include all necessary documentation at the time of submission
- Prospective Candidates must submit an application that includes all necessary documentation, eliminating the need for subsequent requests from SDU.
Selection Process
- The scholarship selection process begins with a detailed review of applicant’s official Bachelor’s transcripts and diploma in English, Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian, including grades and ECTS/units/credits for each course.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews and evaluation based on the grade point average of their Bachelor’s degree.
- The online interview, conducted by key individuals from the Master’s programme, acts as an important factor in determining the recipients of this esteemed scholarship.
- Candidates will receive an invitation to the interview via email, with the interviews scheduled between February 16 and 28.
- Applicants are advised to check their email regularly during February to ensure timely responsiveness.
