The Diablo 4 hotfix has now been publicized on the official forums of Blizzard and it “contains updates to improve server stability issues [and is also] targeted at fixing and improving the queue issues console players have reported since the early access launch.”

What Community Forum Managers Have To Say About the Fix

Filthierich, a community manager said, “Thank everyone for taking the time to play, provide feedback, and share your experiences with us.” This very latest hotfix is coming in the wake of several successive server hotfixes and this is the latest effort on the part of Blizzard in bringing stability to their beta servers. These problems in question have been rampant on consoles with users and gamers on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S getting an even harder time logging in than their PC counterparts.

Problems Experienced By Players over the course of the Early Beta Access

Server instability and long queues are not the only problems players have been experiencing during the early beta access. Other potential problems of the beta include “rubberbanding occurring while players are transitioning between zones” as well as “high RAM and GPU usage occurring on select hardware.”
