Call for Applications has been announced for the Vital Voices (VV) Visionaries program 2023. VV Visionaries program is partnering with the Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund (ELELF), to support the next generation of emerging young women leaders who are redefining leadership in their daily endeavors.
Investing in women is key to societal growth hence the VV Visionaries program invests in women by increasing their access to leadership training and the networks that sustain them.
The program will host women leaders across diverse sectors, industries, and experiences who want to create a positive social impact in their communities and beyond.
About the Vital Voices (VV) Visionaries program
The Vital Voices (VV) Visionaries program 2023 is open to 50 women visionaries across three cohorts, to participate in a seven-week of rigorous virtual experience.
This virtual course is structured to run on leadership models of Vital Voices, in addition to leadership lessons from Estée Lauder executives as well as the Vital Voices Global Network leaders.
Participating Women visionaries from the three cohorts will have the opportunity to be selected for in-person experience for a year. This is expected to provide deeper training and investment for the participant’s Leadership careers.

Eligibility Criteria for the Vital Voices (VV) Visionaries program 2023
For Applicants to be eligible, the following requirements must be met
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old when applying for the Vital Voices Program 2023
- Must be identified as a woman to be eligible to participate
- Proficiency in English is a major Criteria
- Candidates are expected to be the key decision maker of their various Organizations
- Must have a passion for social change in their communities
- The Applicant must be committed to participating in the seven-week virtual experience/course
