LEAP Africa leadership Program is designed for the empowerment, equipping, and supporting of young Nigerian Undergraduates to change leaders below the age of 30, providing them with the knowledge, abilities, and supportive environment needed for them to become self-leaders and bring about a long-lasting change to their communities.
The Youth Leadership Programme seeks to eliminate the current problems being experienced in Africa today, especially issues on leadership, active citizenship, and sustainable development.
The major goal of this program is to equip, empower and support young change leaders from across Nigerian tertiary institutions, with the skills, knowledge and resources that will make them self-leaders who are expected to voice out national development issues and challenges as well as drive sustainable social change.

Eligibility Criteria for LEAP Africa Youth Leadership Programme Qualification
- Candidates can be Male or Female Undergraduates in a Tertiary/Vocational Institution in Nigeria.
- Should meet the age requirements of 18 – 30 years minimum and maximum respectively
- Candidate must be passionate about advocacy, activism and community development
- Should be interested In diversity and civic responsibility and eager to exercise these interests
- Applicants should be ready to champion change projects geared towards community development & the SDGs
- Be ready to engage with government institutions and influence policy
- Must be committed to attending the Online Training, Debates and is available for mentoring
