This ranking is based on the several assessments conducted by about 120,000 students and 3000 professors.

Now, before looking at the top ten most revered Universities, let us consider some useful facts about studying Medicine in Germany.

Firstly, Medicine courses are in popular demand by the international students who want to study in Germany. Usually, studying medicine takes about six years and three months to complete for a regular degree course. This course is completed by a state Examination and after that, the students obtain licenses to practice as physicians.

Germany has about 43 universities to study Medicine. only four of these Universities are private, the remaining 39 universities are public Universities. The public universities in Germany do not require tuition, in other words, they are tuition free, except for Baden-Württemberg University which charges 1,500 € per semester only for non-European students.
