DistroKid artists previously had the choice to include their music in TikTok’s library. Today’s announcement extends this option to TikTok Music.
Furthermore, artists could upload their music to TikTok’s Commercial Music Library, which consists of tracks that businesses and brands can use in their videos and advertisements. With this new agreement, DistroKid’s music will also be accessible in CapCut, TikTok’s independent editing application.
