Star Wars: Ahsoka is to begin streaming soon, August 2023 to be precise. You can now get a first look at the spinoff with a newly released teaser trailer from the studio behind it.

There is going to be more Star Wars action this summer. Lucasfilm just confirmed that the next live-action spinoff that will be hitting Disney Plus will be Ahsoka, which in case you don’t know will begin streaming on Disney Plus in August 2023. The reported announcement was made during a panel at Star Wars Celebration 2023. And during the event, we also got a first look at the show via a captivating teaser trailer.

Ahsoka Made Her First Live-Action Appearance in the Second Season of The Mandalorian

Ahsoka, the main character, reportedly made her first live-action appearance in the second season of The Mandalorian after initially being introduced in the animated shows. She is played by Rosario Dawson, who will reportedly be reprising her role for the new series. We already knew the show would be making its debut this year, as it’s just a part of a pretty-packed slate for Disney Plus in 2023.

Ahsoka Is Just One of Several Star Wars Series Currently In the Works

And, since this is Disney, Ahsoka is just one of several series that are currently in the works. And as part of the panel, the company has also confirmed that another spinoff, The Acolyte — which is set to star Amandla Stenberg, Carrie-Anne Moss, and Lee Jung-Jae — will be making its debut on Disney Plus come 2024.
