Saints row is an amazing game to play, but saints row multiplayer would mean fun with friends – and that is double the fun for you and your friends.

Saints Row Multiplayer
The streets are filled with means competing gangs hell-bent on kicking out the Saints from the main picture. Navigating the saint row map and figuring out just how to make money in saints’ row is quite challenging enough, and you don’t have to do it all by yourself. After all, if the gangs of Santo Ileso are going to outnumber and outgun you – even using your favorite weapons, it is not fair for you to search around for backup.
While they serve a story purpose, the saints Row characters pale in comparison to a real friend you can spray using a bottle of water if they choose not to help you or screw up the mission for the twentieth time. So, if you have gotten a special someone in mind, and especially if your spray bottle is topped off, let’s get right into it.

Is There a Multiplayer?
While Saints Row is a reboot of the series, you can rest easy as multiplayer didn’t get left in the dust. The saint’s Row reboot brings back co-op multiplayer for you and your friends to cause all kinds of mayhem across Santo Ileso as you go up against different Saints Row factions. So get your character loaded up as you prepare to hit the road with your friends:
- Right from the starting screen, click on the Co-op Campaign
- You can select between Host Game if you would like to have a friend jump into one of your existing saves, join a friend if you want to get into a game as a friend has invited you to or is already hosting
- “Host new game” is for starting a whole new game for a friend to join you, and matchmaking would look for someone online who is hosting a game that you would like to join.
Also, you can choose to check the co-op settings on the pause menu, which has quite a variety of options that are useful. One to highlight is that by default your games would be open to random people dropping in at any time.
Also, you can choose to turn this off by changing the session privacy setting to fine-tune who you want joining you. Once you have started, the co-op is quite straightforward. You would be limited to one other player, but you can drop in and out of games and play the same campaign with multiple people over time.

Is There Crossplay?
Saint Row reboot is receiving a limited form of crossplay, where you would be able to play with others on the same console family. People playing on their PS5 version should be able to play using their PS4 brother but not with those on the Xbox Series X, or Xbox One, and of course those that are playing on the Microsoft console get to play with each other similarly.
PC players would get limited to their very own player pool between the PC and Google Stadia, limiting their options.
