Applications call has been announced for the Rotary Foundation Global Scholarship 2023. The renowned Foundation is offering unique scholarship funding through the Rotary Foundation Global Grants. The scholarships are established to provide funds for graduate-level coursework or research for one to four academic years.
The scholarship covers graduate-level coursework or research in one of the following Rotary’s six areas of focus:
- Peace and conflict prevention/resolution
- Disease prevention and treatment
- Water and sanitation
- Maternal and child health
- Basic education and literacy, and
- Economic and community development.

Rotary Foundation Global Scholarship Benefits
The scholarship offers a minimum global grant of $30,000
The grant fund will cover the following: Passport/visa, Inoculations, Travel expenses, School supplies, Tuition, Room and board, Household supplies, Language training courses
The fund does not cover most personal and miscellaneous expenses.
Eligibility Requirements:
Applicants are given expectations to refer to the scholarship page of the Rotary Club/District where they intend to apply.
Rotary Foundation Global Scholarship – Application Instructions:
- In applying for the fund, applicants need to contact their Rotary clubs using the Rotary Club Locator
- All applications for the Global grant are submitted online.
- Creation of the initial application is the duty of the sponsor clubs or districts while the scholar candidate then completes the scholar profile online.
- The Rotary Foundation Global grant scholarship applications are open throughout the year. Early submission of applications however is important before the scholar’s intended departure date. This will allow adequate time for Foundation review and processing.
