Registration for the MENA Scholarship Programme (MSP) is now open. Qualified Candidates are encouraged to apply for a scholarship and enroll in a Dutch in-person RNTC course.

RNTC MENA Scholarship Programme

English is the language of instruction. The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs funds the MENA Scholarship Program (MSP), which is run by Nuffic.

Please be aware that only Syrian nationals who live and work in one of the chosen MENA countries are eligible to apply for the MENA Scholarship Programme (MSP).

Awards for Scholarships

For an in-person course, a Nuffic scholarship is a partial scholarship that covers the student’s tuition, domestic and international travel expenses to and from the Netherlands, housing while in the country for the duration of the course, health insurance, and two meals per day.

Visa fees are only refundable up to a certain amount and only when the receipt is presented. Maximum compensation for MENA: up to €30,000

The Nuffic scholarship will only pay the tuition for an online course. It won’t pay for the course’s internet or equipment.

Eligibility Requirements

The Scholarship rules & regulations entail that If granted a scholarship, the candidate must adhere to the scholarship rules and regulations, one of which is that upon termination of the scholarship recipients will return to their own country.

If I’ve applied twice for a Nuffic scholarship and was not awarded one. Can I apply again?

If you’ve previously applied and were considered eligible by both RNTC and Nuffic, but not awarded a scholarship, you can try again!
