Pratt & Whitney E-STEM Awards

The prestigious Pratt & Whitney E-STEM Awards consist of the E-STEM Prizes and E-STEM Grants. The E-STEM Prizes are designed to recognize programs already established, while, the E-STEM Grants will provide support and also promote new programs.

The Pratt & Whitney E-STEM Awards 2023, Is intended to support Participating organizations having students aged 11 to 22 years, in taking action steps on the following areas: climate change solutions, viable energy, and/or viable flight.

These organizations will also receive support to work with underrepresented audiences in STEM; and use partnerships to boost their impact. Let’s delve into the details of the E-STEM Prizes and E-STEM Grants:

E-STEM Prizes Funding:

The E-STEM Prizes offer up to $50,000 USD in each of the below listed geographic regions: Americas Europe, the Middle East, Africa Asia Pacific. The awards may also be awarded to single or multiple programs, depending on the caliber of applications received.

E-STEM Grants Funding:

The E-STEM Grants Funds cover the following geographic categories. Americas Europe, Middle East. And Africa Asia Pacific Special, the above-listed regions will each receive funds of up to $30,000 USD. Up to $5,000–$15,000 USD will be awarded to nonprofit organizations. And the awards will be categorized based on the firm headquarters location.

Eligibility Criteria

However, you need to meet up with the following ability. These include:

  • The organization must be one of the following: a school, academic institution, or university, or an organization tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code
  • Must not be classified as a private foundation, or a nonprofit or non-governmental organization with recognized legal status in their respective foreign country that is equal to section 501(c)(3) status.
  • Applicants will need to upload documentation as evidence of nonprofit status in their application.
  • Should a working bank account that can receive electronic funds in USD?
  • Must be able to show fiscal and administrative stability.
  • Applicants are required to submit a program that works with students ages 11–22.
  • Candidates should have the ability to give programs between November 2023–October 2024.
