What Is Terastallizing?
Terastallizing is a new battle mechanic that is being introduced in violet and scarlet. This new battle mechanic is similar to mega Evolution and Dynamaxing. It is a temporary transformation that Pokémon’s undergo during battle and in this case, it will be taking on a crystalline form.
The promised Pikachu gift will be distributed through Mystery Gift which is an in-game function that approximately unlocks one hour into the adventure. That being said, you will need to have access to the internet in order to make use of the mystery gift.
