Netflix released the Sonic Prime animation trailer and it shows a speedster multiverse. And with that being said, just maybe we will get to see ugly Sonic once again on our screens.
Netflix Released Sonic Prime Animation Trailer
On Thursday, Netflix dropped the first complete trailer for its upcoming animated series Sonic Prime which is based on the video game character known as Sonic the Hedgehog.
And in the trailer, we get to see sonic and friends face off against Dr. Eggman just before the blue hedgehog is catapulted into a multiverse known as the Shatterverse. Sonic after that then sets off to locate other versions of familiar allies who do not know him to take on the council which is, of course, made up of a committee of different Eggman’s.
Other Characters to Make an Appearance in the Trailer
Besides Sonic and Eggman, many other characters such as Tails, Shadow, Knuckles, Big the Cat, and Amy Rose also made appearances in the series. There is no word as of yet as to whether Ugly Sonic will be making a cameo. Remember that he did appear in the Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers movie, though, so who knows? I bet we will have to keep our fingers crossed on that one.
When Will Sonic Prime Premiere
Sonic Prime is set to premiere on Netflix on December 15.
