The 2023 edition of the Mandela Residential Fellowship, has been announced by the Centre for Diplomatic Advancement (CDA), the Fellowship is scheduled to take place in Istanbul, Turkey. The Mandela Residential Fellowship was born out of inspiration from the principles of Nelson Mandela, a global advocate for equality, justice, and social change.
The Mandela Residential Fellowship 2023 is a fully-funded program that is designed to empower emerging leaders from diverse backgrounds and also equip them with the required tools, knowledge, and networks to promote positive transformations in their various communities and hometowns.

The Residential Fellowship will take place from October 14th to October 20th, 2023, all interested and eligible young leaders are encouraged to apply and stand a chance of being approved to participate in MRF 2023. This Fellowship is in line with the Centre for Diplomatic Advancement CDA’s commitment to diplomacy’s effectiveness for conflict resolution, economic development, environmental protection, and human rights advocacy.
In the course of the program, Participants will join a group of passionate and driven individuals who share a common commitment to making a difference. Additionally, by spending time in the beautiful city of Istanbul, Participants will experience the hospitality of local communities, and the opportunity to immerse themselves in Turkey’s unique culture and traditions.
