Requirements for Simmons University Kotzen Scholarships 2023
It is mandatory for students applying for the Simmons University Kotzen Scholarships to meet the following criteria:
- The Required Language: English.
- Eligible Countries: Applicants from nations of the world
- The applicant must have a standardized test score of 28 or higher, 1300 or higher for the new SAT or 1250 or higher for the old SAT
- A requirement of TOEFL and SAT or ACT scores for non-English speaking applicants
- The applicant must submit a College preparatory curriculum including an advanced level math course during, or prior to, their senior year of high school
- The required GPA is 3.3 or higher
How to Apply for Kotzen Scholarships 2023?
To apply for Kotzen Scholarship, Please follow the steps below:
- You must complete and submit your scholarship and admission application to the College by December 1.
- The application process for this scholarship is in two phases; A short answer and a formal essay.
- Applicants must submit their essays via an online form or via email to [email protected] with the subject line “Kotzen Application” by the 1st of December
- Students should add their full name and date of birth on each of the documents
- For a maximum of 250 words answer t the following questions: State How you would use your annual award of $3000 for study abroad, short-term courses, summer internship tuition, and/or research support?
- Write an Essay of 500 words maximum on: In what ways can a woman effectively lead change in today’s world?
- The Interview phase is where Finalists chosen for scholarship consideration will be required to complete an on-campus interview which will be conducted in February.
Note: For an international applicants who is unable to make it to campus, a Skype interview may be conducted instead.
