The Kectil Youth Leadership Program 2023 is open to Youth from Developing Countries. Kectil, is the short form for (Knowles Educational and Charitable Trust for International Leadership).
The goal of the Kectil Youth leadership program is to nurture, network, and mentor youth in developing countries who have the potential to be leaders and make a positive difference in their communities, countries, and the world at large.
Kectil Youth Leadership Program 2023
There are two awards that made up the Kectil Youth Leadership Program for outstanding participants, they include;
Developing Countries Youth Leadership Conference Awards: This awards is given to Outstanding participants in the Kectil Program. Subsequently, awardees are invited to attend the intensive one-week leadership workshop held in Atlanta, Georgia.
Kectil Mentor Awards: The Mentorship awarded are based on the awardees areas of interest and choice of career. Kectil Colleagues with outstanding performance will be selected to receive the Kectil Mentor Award

Kectil Program is a program that seeks to identify and nurture highly talented youth in developing countries who have the potential to make a positive difference in their communities and countries.
Kectil missions is achieved by facilitating innovative leadership training and providing a means to allow these highly talented youth become part of a guided network together with other talented youth in developing countries who will support, nurture as well as teach and learn from each other.
It is a global network of youth networked worldwide who want to create a new way of living. A network that transcends war, corruption, colonialism, religious disputes, border disputes, and gender inequality.

Eligibility Criteria for Kectil Youth Leadership Program
- The Kectil Youth Leadership Programme is Open to youth aged 17 to 27 from developing countries;
- Applicants must have Demonstrated talent and passion for leadership and social advancement in any field;
- The Candidates must be fluent in English Language
- Access to gadgets like a laptop and/or mobile phone and internet connection;
- The applicant must want to be a part of a global youth network.
