About Kaohsiung Medical University
Kaohsiung Medical University was originally established in 1954 as Kaohsiung Medical College, and to KMU in August 1999. It is a private institute located in Taipei City, Taiwan.
The scholarship programs at Kaohsiung Medical University (KMU) are fully funded and are offered to over 2,000 brilliant Taiwanese candidates and applicants around the world.

Eligibility Criteria for Kaohsiung Medical University Scholarship
The eligibility criteria expected of applicants before proceeding to apply for Fully Funded Kaohsiung Medical University Scholarships For International Students include;
- The Applicant can come from any international country
- Taiwan candidates are not eligible to apply
- Candidates for high school can apply for a bachelor’s degree program.
- All candidates must be healthy both physically and mentally.
- Students currently enrolled for Bachelor’s and Master’s can be eligible to apply for Master’s degree programs and PhDs.
- There is no age limit required for this scholarship
Financial Benefits of Kaohsiung Medical University Scholarship
This includes Type A, B and C Benefits
Type A: Full one year tuition fee waiver plus 10,000 stipends per month and coverage for accommodation.
Type B: Tuition fee waiver for one year and provision of housing accommodation
Type C: One year Tuition fee.
Note: PhD candidates can apply for all types of scholarships while Master’s degree program students can apply for Type B & Type C and the Bachelor’s or undergraduate candidates can apply for a Type C scholarship.
