This program is a golden opportunity for Professional women in West Africa to advance their passion for international relief and development work into a career with Catholic Relief Services (CRS). There are varieties of exciting careers with CRS that adds a unique difference in people’s lives especially the poor and vulnerable.
The Junior Professionals Program is a one-year program in which each Participating Junior Professional, is expected to build core skills while working alongside experienced staff and supporting critical programs. Participants will receive Mentorship opportunities plus regional networking While getting set to assume higher positions with CRS.

Eligibility Criteria for CRS Junior Professionals Program 2023
- Applicants holding a Master’s degree in a related field such as Economic Development, Agriculture, Health, Business, Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or Supply Chain, can apply
- Candidates must have obtained a Master’s degree within 24 months of the program start date (Oct. 2023)
- Applicants must have a minimum of six months of relevant work experience, this includes an internship, practicum, volunteer, or paid work
- Candidates should have excellent speaking and writing skills in the official business language of the country (French or English)
- Only citizens of a participating country are eligible for the Junior Professionals program
- Applicant must be able to Excel in a collaborative multicultural environment and
- Be Willing to use up to 25% of the time
