This part-time fellowship is designed to enhance skills in evidence generation, synthesis/analysis, and translation for advancing gender equity and addressing GBV. Fellows will engage in select coursework provided by the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (BSPH) and receive continuous mentorship from CGWHE faculty within a supportive cohort environment aimed at fostering networking and professional growth, including 1-2 in-person cohort gatherings throughout the year.

While ongoing activities are primarily virtual, in-person convenings are scheduled to facilitate meaningful connections. Fellowship participants will undertake a mini-project centred on gender equity/GBV, such as a secondary analysis of survey data or evidence synthesis, with guidance and data analysis support from CGWHE faculty.

On average, participants will dedicate 10 hours per week, increasing to up to 20 hours per week during course weeks, in addition to travel requirements for in-person convenings.
