Eligibility Requirements

For Prospective Leaders:

  • Hold a first academic degree (Bachelor’s or comparable) obtained within the last 12 years.
  • Possess a minimum of 48 months of professional experience by the application deadline.
  • Showcase strong leadership skills and a track record of leadership roles.

For Postdoctoral Researchers:

  • Hold a first academic degree (Bachelor’s or comparable) earned within the last 12 years.
  • Completed your doctorate no more than four years ago by the application deadline, or anticipate completion by August 31 of the selection year.
  • Have published in internationally recognized academic journals or publishing houses.
