Get a Google Chromecast
If you happen to own one that is great, or else you would have to get a Chromecast 3rd Generation or Chromecast with Google TV.
Unfortunately, an Amazon Fire TV stick or another alternative streaming stick would not cut out the mustard, it has to be one of Google’s own rights now.
Download the Oculus Mobile App on your Smartphone
In other to do this, the android phone you are required to be using must be Android 5.0 or later, an iPhone that is running on iOS 12.4 or later, or an iPad that is running on iPadOS 12.4 or later.
When you originally set up your Quest 2 headset, you were probably prompted also to set up the app as a part of the process, which means that you might have downloaded it. If you have since deleted it, then you just have to re-download the app and sign in and you should be able to reconnect to your VR headset via Bluetooth without going through much fuss.
