- On Spotify’s mobile app, head to the page of the artist that you want to block. You can get there by searching for them and tapping on their name.
- Right on this artist’s page, tap on these three dots right next to the “follow” button.
- On the menu, tap on the “Don’t Play This Artist.”
Now, Spotify would not recommend any songs from this artist anywhere, across all your devices.
If you do not want to unblock the artist, go back to their page and then head to the same menu, and this time tap on “Allow to play this artist.” Then, you can choose to listen to their music again and it might be recommended to you.
