The 2022 edition of the Hanover Tomato Festival will take place from the Friday, July 15 to Saturday, July 16 2022. The venue of the event is at Pole Green Park Lane, Mechanicsville. As you read on, you will discover the highlights of this event.

Some of the highlights of this event includes Pizza race, Bow Wow Beach, tomato eating contests, tomato scavenger hunt, crafts and games. Pets are also allowed to attend the festival and there will be Hanover Tomato for sale and tasting. There will also be food vendors available with Tomato cuisines for sale.
Hanover Tomato Festival 2022 Registration
The Tomato festival is free to attend and you don’t need to register. You will only need to purchase items and food from vendors. You can come with cash and credit cards because not all vendors will accept credit cards. All the tomatoes for sale are from Rosa’s Garden in Mechanicsville and Hanover Vegetable Farm in Ashland.
Hanover Tomato Festival 2022 Vendor
You can apply to be a vendor during the festival. With this, you will able to sell agricultural products, fine arts, handcrafted merchandise, food and lots more. You are required to provide a complete list of all the items you wish to sell during the festival. Vendors will not be allowed to sell any item or provide any service that has not been pre-approved.
Vendors who are in the agriculture and food products, and fine arts categories will be considered. Other categories that are eligible for consideration include Full service and specialty foods, Hanover parks and recreation instructors, Hanover County Government Organizations and original handcrafted merchandise.
