Through this internship programme, OND graduates can assist GTBank’s Transaction Services Division’s daily operations while receiving on-the-job training in banking operations. This programme has a one-year duration.
The GTB Internship Programme provides graduates with a fully paid opportunity to assist the daily operations of GTB’s Transaction Services team while receiving on-the-job training in banking operations. The internship programme is a fantastic method to learn the fundamentals of banking operations.

Eligibility Criteria for GTB Internship Programme
To be considered eligible for the GTB Internship Programme, applicants must meet the requirements below:
- Applicants must present a one-year Industrial Training Letter from an Accredited Polytechnic
- Guarantor Forms, Guarantor Staff ID Card
- In a situation where the Guarantor is a staff with GTBank on ABO grade, only one Guarantor will be required and two Guarantors if the Guarantor is a non-GTBank staff.
- Please note that the Guarantors must work with recognized blue-chip companies on a full-time basis
- Candidates must submit a valid Student ID Card, Passport Photograph (White background only)
- A birth certificate/Sworn Declaration of Age is required
- Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination SSCE (WAEC/NECO) with a minimum credit pass in English Language, Mathematics, and any other three relevant subjects.
- Applicants must have good communication skills, basic numerical skills, and a willingness to learn
