Requirements for the Graduate Trainee Program

Below are the key requirements for eligibility:

  • BSC/HND Degree.
  • 0-2 years of managerial experience in the Food Industry.
  • Proficiency in Restaurant Management, Sales Building, Financial Reporting, and more.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Operations Health & Safety, Loss Control:
  • Conduct QSC (Quality, Service & Cleanliness) checks, ensuring meticulous attention to meat cookouts.
  • Implement daily planner tools to streamline operations.
  • Monitor shift control, identifying and rectifying service, product, or quality issues.
  • Ensure timely preparation and storage of food and equipment.
  • Uphold Health and safety standards, reporting issues promptly.
  1. Business Planning and Financial Control:
  • Manage cash controls in adherence to the Company Cash Policy.
  • Implement stock level control systems and maintain stocks accurately.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance checks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • See the compliance with portion sizes and waste targets.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Exemplify great Customer Service as a role model.
  • Monitor service quality, ordering procedures, and order accuracy.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Maintain a Gold Standard service through vigilant staff monitoring.
  1. People Management:
  • Provide on-the-job training for new staff and corrective training for all.
  • Develop staff members’ skills toward the Service Expert level.
  • Actively address staff issues, fostering an open communication culture.
  1. Sales Building:
  • Implement selling-up practices.
  • Brief staff on promotional activities.
  • Contribute ideas for staff incentives.
  • Recognize and acknowledge regular customers, ensuring sustained patronage.
