The program is comprised of 160 nations worldwide and cultivates enduring bonds between the people of the United States and those of other countries, it nurtures mutual respect among nations, helps share knowledge across societies, and increases livelihoods globally.

Administered by Amideast in the Middle East and North Africa region, the Fulbright Foreign Student Program receives funding from the U.S. Department of State, providing beneficiaries with comprehensive support.

Eligibility Requirements
This program values academic excellence and welcomes applications from people of different backgrounds.
To stand a chance, you need to:
- Be a Lebanese citizen or holder of the Special Travel Document for Palestinian Refugees issued by the Lebanese Government.
- A resident in Lebanon throughout the application, selection, and placement process.
- Two years of professional work experience is required if you are an MBA program applicant.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by June 2025.
- Strong academic background.
- If you are an applicant with low English proficiency, you may be required to attend a Long-Term English (LTE) program.
