Climate Champions Youth Fellowship – Overview
The Climate Champions Youth Fellowship is a prestigious program designed to empower young professionals to become advocates for climate change solutions. As a fellow, you will work closely with the UN Climate Change High-Level Champions to mobilize action among non-state actors and advance the goals of the Paris Agreement.
During the seven-month fellowship, you will focus on four key areas:
- Core Campaigns: Engage in the Race To Zero and Race To Resilience initiatives, driving momentum for sustainable solutions.
- Systems Transformation: Dive into critical sectoral work in finance, tracking signals of change and driving innovation.
- Stakeholder and Policy Engagement: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to shape climate policy and foster cooperation.
- Strategic Communications: Amplify youth voices and communicate the urgency of climate action to global audiences.

- Commitment: Dedicate a minimum of 16 hours per week to the fellowship, demonstrating strong communication skills and self-motivation.
- Network: Possess a robust network relevant to sector-specific or climate-related work, and proficiency in English language skills.
