Log in to the app
Tap pay and transfer, pay bills, and go to bill pay.
Next, add a person to pay
Choose when you want to make a payment and how much you want to pay
Then choose ‘make payments and you are done

Atm Credit Card

You can make a BOA payment at their ATMs but it has to be with your BOA credit card and your check or cash. All you need to do is visit your local boa ATM, insert your credit card and select make a payment.

Through Your Mobile Phone

You can put a call through to BOA customer service to make your payment.

Drop Off Payment

Drop-off payments can be made at any Bank of America financial centre.

How To Set Up Automatic Payment for BOA Credit Card

Setting up an automatic payment system is great as it helps you avoid late payments thereby building your credit score. To set it up for boa payment, you need to be enrolled in eBills; an electronic version of your credit card bill. To confirm your enrollment, check if eBills are in the Bill Pay tab. If it is not there, choose Request eBills and follow the laid down instructions.

Note that you may need to add your credit card as a payee to your account before requesting eBills. To do these, choose Payment Centre from the Bill Pay tab, then Add a Company or Person, then follow the instructions given.

Mobile App

If you are paying from your Bank of America checking account, go to the ‘set up’ section. But if you are paying from another bank, follow the steps below.

Log in to the app then select Bill Pay.
Choose Add/Edit Accounts from Other Banks under manage.
Confirm if the account you want to use is shown as active, if it is not, proceed to the next step to add the account.
Then, choose Add Account and enter the requested information.

Set Up Automatic Payment with Ebills from Your Mobile App

Log in, choose Bill Pay, and select the credit card account you want to set automatic payments on.
Choose Add AutoPay in the AutoPay section then select Based on eBill’s amount and due date.
Then select your Pay From account, Amount, and Deliver by date on which you want the payment sent, then choose Save.
Then you will receive a confirmation

From Your Computer

If you are paying from your boa checking account, go to the ‘set up’ section. If you are paying from an account with another bank, follow the steps below.
Log in to online banking, go to the Bill Pay tab, and choose Manage Accounts.
Choose Other Pay from the Accounts tab then check if the account you want to use is shown as active. If it is not active, you will have to add the account by proceeding to the next step.
Then Add a Pay from your other account then enter the requested information about your content.

Set Up Automatic Payment with Ebills from your Computer

First, you have to log in, then select the Bill Pay tab and choose the credit card account you want to set automatic payments on.
Then tap the AutoPay link next to the company and bill, choose Set Up AutoPay, then Set Up Based on the eBill.
Next, choose your Pay From account, Amount, and Deliver by date on which you want the payment to be sent.
Select Start Sending Payments and you will receive a confirmation.
