Amazon will now allow users to pay using Venmo as it is now confirmed that Venmo will be coming to customers of amazon situated in the United States.

Online shopping platform amazon has yet again added another payment option for users to select from at checkout and it came just in time for Black Friday. Venmo in an announcement that was made by parent company PayPal shared the news of its partnership with amazon. The said partnership would see it being added as a payment option to the Amazon.com website and amazon mobile app users all across the US.
The development has already started to roll out to ‘select amazon customers’, with many more being added in the coming month, although it will only be available in the US for the time being.
Venmo Is Now On Amazon
Venmo users according to PayPal which is including its nearly 90 million users in the united states, shop almost twice as much as the average shopper. That being said, the partnership with amazon which will allow for quick delivery and easy repeat purchases seems to be a no-brainer then.
Immediately Venmo has been added to accounts that are eligible, users will now be able to make use of the app balance or any form of linked accounts or debit cards to make buys and purchases. Mobile payments on the other hand still remain covered by Amazon A-Z Guarantee, as well as the monitoring and encryption technology of Venmo.

The VP of Amazon Worldwide Payments, Max Bardon in a press release explained the commitment of the company to offering flexibility to its customers:
