Listen for Clicking Sound on Your Console

If this issue persists for all the games you are playing, there is a possibility that the disc drive has issues itself. unfortunately, this is far more complicated and would require you to contact Microsoft. You would want to try and exercise that option first, that is if your console is under warranty.
If the console is not under warranty, you also should consider paying for repair before trying to make other extreme decisions. Microsoft would be best equipped to fix your specific issue and would most likely give you another warranty period for the repairs.
