Reports coming in now claim that wonder woman 3 may have seemingly encountered a major setback.
Both director and co-writer, Patty Jenkins and Geoff Johns respectively had presented a treatment of the threequel to the new heads of DC Studios, James Gunn and Peter Safran but were told that in its current state, the project did not fit in with the new plans of the studio according to The Hollywood Reporter on Wednesday.

It was announced at the end of December that both Gunn and Safran would spearhead DC studios which is a recognized division of Warner Bros. Discovery.
