Windows 11 Will Allow Users Control RGB Lightning

Windows 11 will allow users to control RGB lightning without the bloatware and users are very happy with this new development. With that being said, the operating system is now giving users control again on the platform.

The times of having various programs installed on your computer for RGB devices may actually be coming to an abrupt end. The very latest public test build of Windows 11 seems to have software built that will allow users to control RGB settings via the OS itself directly.

Initially spotted by Twitter user Albacore and then reported on by The Verge. The settings interface is inclusive of options for controlling brightness, speed, lightning effects, as well as colors. There is even an option available for matching RGB lightning to Windows color palettes. And by letting users augment their very own lighting through the operating system, there would be no longer any need to download programs from device manufacturers in a bid to change those very settings.

Full-Screen Third-Party Widgets Are Coming To Windows 11 As Well

Also coming to windows 11 are full-screen third-party widgets as here were all included in an OS build from the Insider’s Program back last September.

Although RGB lighting is appealing to the eyes and can also make typing at night much easier, having to download bloatware software for each and every PC gaming device can be really annoying.

And while windows 11 on its own can be divisive, these new settings in question would help clean up so much wasted space. And hopefully, if this turns out to be successful, the company Microsoft will consider expanding these options to changing HPI and polling rates in the best gaming mouse, programming macros for the best gaming keyboard, and other settings that are restricted to manufacture programs currently.

Will Microsoft Continue To Develop User Experience?

And combined with the third-party widgets feature that is still being developed, it is really cool to see Microsoft testing out well-known features that would help to improve the total windows 11 experience. And here is hoping that this will be a lasting trend from the tech company.
