- Have a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline;

- PhD scholarships are given out in accordance with the ranking order and a comparative merit evaluation.
- The candidate with the lowest family income (known as ISEE) will be given preference. If two or more candidates receive the same score during the selection process.
- Scholarships cannot be combined with other awards or offered to students who have previously received a doctorate scholarship, even in part.
