About TotalEnergies OneTech Graduate Program
OneTech Graduate Program is scheduled to run for two-year, the program gives participants the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge and gain first-hand experience in the various energy sectors, including renewables: solar, wind, hydrogen, biogas, and electricity.
This is indeed a career-accelerating program. Successfully Selected graduates will occupy three different positions, each lasting approximately eight months, including at least one position in a research and development center.
All Participants will be based on the Saclay plateau in the Paris region, at the Solaize research center just close to Lyon, and at the Company’s headquarters in Paris La Défense.
Please note that Mobility is an integral part of the program, it means that you will also be required to travel in the field and you will have the opportunity to discover the Company’s industrial facilities.

To be considered for TotalEnergies OneTech Graduate Program 2022, all the applicants are expected to meet the criteria below:
- All Applicants must be Nigerians
- Be/She must also be a graduate
- Applicants are required to have a scientific master’s degree from an engineering school or university
- The Applicant must be able to work in both French and English
- The age requirement for OneTech Graduate Program is that Applicants must be less than 30 years of age
- Preference will be given to Applicants with B.Sc in Engineering
- Being skillful and able to communicate would be an advantage
