Eligibility for SPAR Graduate Internship Program
Applicants seeking to qualify for this internship must meet the minimum eligibility criteria and skills requirements:
- Applicants must possess a 3 or 4-year diploma or degree in any of the following disciplines: Human Resources, (Industrial Psychology or Labour/Employee Relations), Distribution Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering, Marketing, (Purchasing Management), Finance(Accounting), I.T. (Information Systems), Build It (Supply Chain Management), Retail Ops (Draughtsman, Project Design, or Architecture)
- An applicant must not have been part of any graduate or internship program
- Must be amenable to being based at the site specified by the program for its entire duration
- Applicants must have effective communication skills
- He/She must be Keen on learning
- Must be able to arrange own transportation to travel to and from work
