Pikmin 4 Revealed and It Is Coming To Nintendo Switch In 2023
During its September Direct presentation, Nintendo announced that Pikmin 4 will be coming to Switch and the game is now slated to be launched in 2023.
During the broadcast, the platform and company did not share any footage of the game. But however, longtime designer Shigeru Miyamoto confirmed that this very time, users will be able to play the game from the perspective of Pikmin close to the ground rather than the traditional isometric viewpoint of prior titles.
The Pikmin 4 Title Will Be Arriving After Almost a Decade since Its Last Main Installment
The Pikmin 4 title will be arriving close to a decade since the last main installment of the series, Wii U’s Pikmin 3. Back in 2020, that very title was ported to the switch platform with some additional content as Pikmin 3 deluxe. And if you are yet to jump into the series proper, the digital version of it currently is on sale for 30% off in the Nintendo eShop.
The Nintendo platform recently also partnered up with Pokemon Go developer Niantic in order to release Pikmin Bloom, which an augmented-reality is walking game for phones
Other Announcements Made During the Nintendo Direct Event
