Eligibility Criteria for the Orange Knowledge Scholarship Programme

  • Applicants must be nationals of and working in one of the countries listed below: Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Colombia, Congo (DRC), Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Mali, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Palestinian Territories, Tanzania, Tunisia, Vietnam and Yemen.
  • Candidates must not be employed by an organization that has its own means of staff development. This includes international development organizations or private companies;
  • Posses a minimum of two years of work experience;
  • Should be able to speak and understand the English language well (all programmes are in English);
  • Applicants must have written support from their employer to participate in the programme and to implement the Back Home Action Plan.
  • Applicants must be working in one of the priority areas matching the country focus in their countries.
