Sonos reportedly will be launching two new speakers in the latter parts of the month of March as per a report from The Verge on Monday which is inclusive of what seems to be leaked marketing images of the speaker.
The Name of the New Reported Sonos Speakers
The new Sonos speakers will be called the Era 300 and 100 according to reports. Marketing materials for the Era 300 show that the speaker will be costing around $450 and it will be making use of spatial audio and Dolby Atmos as per reports from The Verge. The new speakers will reportedly include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0 as well as support for AirPlay 2.
Price and Availability of the New Sonos Speakers
Fewer details for the Era 100 at the moment are available, but it however could be replacing the Sonos One smart speaker. The Era 100 according to reports will be priced closer to the $219 One Speaker.
Sonos’s Reaction to the News
When asked for a request for comment, the speaker-making company Sonos said that it does not comment on rumors and speculations. I guess we will have to wait until late March if Sonos will be unveiling two new speakers.
