Netflix animated Stranger Things series is reportedly in the works. Stranger Things is reported to end with the fifth season, but there are however a couple of Stranger Things spinoffs to look forward to.
Netflix animated Stranger Things series
The hit series from Netflix, Stranger Things is reported to be getting an animated spinoff. The streaming company on Monday announced that the creators of the show, Matt and Ross Duffer are currently working on an animated Stranger Things series that will air on the streaming service also.
How the Series Will Be Looking
Netflix did not share much in regards to the reported show, the streaming company did not even reveal any art in that regard and did not say when the series will be released, but thanks to a quote from one of the creators f the show, you might just be able to imagine what the Stranger Things series will be looking like: “We’ve always dreamed of an animated Stranger Things in the vein of the Saturday morning cartoons that we grew up loving, and to see this dream realized has been absolutely thrilling.”
More Stranger Things Action Coming To TV
It’s kind of disappointing that Netflix is revealing little to nothing about the series, but the streaming company is on its part clearly showing you that there is more Stranger Things to be looking forward to even after season five of the show which is also the final season, which for now, does not have a release date.
Netflix already announced its plans for a live-action Stanger Things spinoff series and a stage play that is also a prequel. And now with all of this news, you can now add an animated series to the long list of Stanger Things materials on the way.
