Salesforce has just announced a new collaboration and partnership with McLaren Racing that will now see the CRM firm increase its F1 presence even further.

The McLaren Formula 1 team will now start making use of the Salesforce 360 platform in a bid to boost its connection with fans all over the globe as well as opening up new markets and potential clients all over the world.

The deal specifically will get to see McLaren making use of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and MuleSoft in a bid to boost its engagement with partners and fans, as well as getting to modernize its internal IT systems.

The Deal between Both Parties Is A Multi-Year Partnership

The multi-year partnership that is unspecified at this point, with Salesforce branding set to adorn the garages of the team will also see the company help McLaren to “deliver new and enhanced digital fan experiences” all through the 2023 Formula 1 season.

This new partnership includes providing bespoke opportunities to fans through the teams McLaren app which is a new personalized digital guest check-in experience and unique offers for subscribers of McLaren Plus.

Salesforce Reaction to the Partnership

Salesforce already is a worldwide sponsor partner for the sport of Formula 1 as a whole and was also the title sponsor for many races in the previous season.
