Marvel on Thursday gave users a first glance at the next stages of the marvel cinematic universe during CCXP22, with several movies and Disney plus TV shows already in the pipeline. Guardians of the galaxy movie which is once again directed by James Gunn is the latest spacefaring action adventure for the bickering misfits, after their short appearance in Thor: Love and Thunder.

The release date for the movie is May 5, 2023, which is delayed from the originally planned premiere way back in 2020. And in the event that you can’t wait that long for the movie, you should know that it was filmed alongside a Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special for Disney Plus which already started streaming in November.
