Applications are now open for the Leaders of Leaders Africa Fellowship Program 2024, an initiative aimed at empowering the youth of Africa to become catalysts for change and progress in their communities. In a continent where 70% of sub-Saharan Africa’s population is below the age of 30, harnessing the potential of this vibrant demographic is crucial for shaping a prosperous future.
Africa’s youth bulge presents both opportunities and challenges. While the continent boasts a burgeoning young population, the lack of access to quality education and economic opportunities hampers their potential to contribute meaningfully to society. The Leaders of Leaders Africa Fellowship Program seeks to address this disparity by providing young Africans with the tools and skills they need to lead effectively and drive positive change in their communities.
Overview of Leaders of Leaders Africa Fellowship
The Leaders of Leaders Africa Fellowship Program is the vision of the Bluvard Education Initiative, which envisions an Africa where every child, regardless of gender, tribe, finance, or religion, has access to holistic education. The initiative recognizes that education is not just about being in school but also about the quality of education received, which is essential for nurturing the next generation of leaders and innovators.
The Program is a remote leadership fellowship designed by youth, for youth, to equip young African dreamers and doers with hands-on leadership skills.
