Eligibility Criteria for HSE Global Scholarship Competition 2024
To be eligible for this award, you must meet the following criteria:
- You’re an international (non-Russian) citizen or Russian national living abroad.
- Be currently enrolled in either grades 10-11 of high schools for 11-year programs or grades 11-12 for 12-year programs.
- All interested International high school graduates are eligible to apply for this competition
- All participants must be under 30 years old.
