Growth4Her is a 6-month Investor Readiness Accelerator Program, that is open to women in West and Central Africa. The program aims to bridge the gender financing gap by equipping women entrepreneurs with the necessary capacity and tools to transition their businesses from small-scale ventures to high-potential, fundable growth-stage enterprises.
Applications are currently being accepted by Cohort 3 from women in Nigeria and Cameroon, and those selected for the cohort will receive further communication.

Eligibility Criteria
To know if you are qualified for the program you must meet the eligibility criteria below:
- The business must be majority-owned by a woman, with a minimum ownership stake of 51%.
- Alternatively, the business can have 20% or more ownership by a woman and must also have at least one woman serving as CEO, or COO (President/Vice President).
- If the business has a board of directors, it should have at least 30% women representation on the board.
- The company should have between 5 and 300 employees.
- Annual sales should fall within the range of US$35,000 to US$15 million.
- Total assets should be between US$100,000 and US$15 million.
- Participants must be able to commit to a 1-week intensive virtual or physical Bootcamp.
- They should allocate 3 hours per week for mentorship engagement over 8 weeks.
- Eligible participants must hold a C-level executive position within the organization.
