- Contained in the offer letter, is the confirmation of the student’s acceptance to pursue a full-time program as an international fee-paying student.

- Applicants are advised to thoroughly read through eligibility requirements to confirm their eligibility status
- All applications must be submitted via the online portal at https://webportalapp.com/sp/login/heagrantapplication, accompanied by two references.
- To avoid technical issues due to heavy server traffic, candidates are advised to submit well before the 5 pm (Irish time) deadline on March 13, 2024.
