Are you ready for more Fast and Furious action? If you are then I am happy to relate with you that the trailer for fast X which is the 10th movie in the fast and furious franchise which sees Vin diesel and Hard-working chums get into action against Brie Larson and Jason Momoa has been dropped.
Momoa as you should know plays the role of the son of the main villain from Fast Five back in 2011, the movie with the car chasing that is involving a giant safe smashing things up in the streets of Rio. He’s all out for revenge in an all-action tale that pulls in many of the big stars of the franchise. Many more ludicrous stunts and some actual street racing are also expected.
Fast X Is Set To Be Released On May 19
The movie Fast X is set to be released on May 19, and the first teaser already has dropped just ahead of the Super Bowl 2023 alongside a lineup of many other trailers and this is including Scream VI, Dungeons and Dragons, and 65.
Fast and Furious 10 already has been delayed due to the fact that the COVID-19 outbreak pushed back the previous movie, F9 which was released back in 2021. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, the regular director of the series Justin Lin quit a couple of days into the production of the new movie. But he has however been replaced by French director Louis Letterier who had previously helmed the automotive action of the Transporter movies which as you should know starred Jason Statham who is also in Fast X.
Expected Fast X Stars and Characters
You should also know that familiar faces such as Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Jordana Brewster, Nathalie Emmanuel, and Sung Kang are all correct and present. And as well as Larson and Momoa, new faces include Michael Rooker of the Guardians of the Galaxy, Daniela Melchior of The Suicide Squad, Reacher actor Alan Ritchson and Rita Moreno of West Side Story.
Return of Old Fast And Furious Franchise Names
We will also see a return for a couple of the various names that have been accumulated by the franchise over the years such as Statham, Cardi B, John Cena, Helen Mirren, Scott Eastwood, and Charlize Theron. Dwayne Johnson however will not be making a return as he was reported to have fallen out with Vin Diesel.
