But due to the situation on the ground with the coronavirus pandemic and all, the event had to be postponed, hence the name Dubai expo “2020.” The name however could have been changed, but it was kept by the organizers of the event due to branding and marketing purposes. Dubai Expo 2020 Ticket Price
There are three types of ticket passes available to the world expo for eligible participants. There are the daily passes, monthly passes, and seasonal passes. The daily pass is only applicable for a day and after that, the ticket is expired. The daily pass costs AED 95. The monthly pass on the other hand offers entry to the event for 30 consecutive days. The monthly pass costs AED 195. Lastly, the seasonal pass offers entry for the entire six months of the world expo and it costs AED 495.
For children below the ages of 18 and students with valid IDs of institutions from participating nations, entry is free. Visitors aged 60 and older also get free entry to the event. Another set of persons that gets free entry to the event are people of determination or disabled people. There is also a 50% off for passes for at least one caretaker.
