Dota 2 New Frontiers Update
Dota 2 is one of the most popular esports titles in the world serving more than 300,000 concurrent players on the Steam gaming platform. And with that being said, it has now dropped a huge update known as the New Frontiers that will very much likely change the free-to-play game for a long time or even forever. And the biggest difference by far with this new update is real estate which is the entire map and it is now 40 percent bigger than it used to thus allowing gamers to explore around the edges.
What Valve Has To Say About the New Reported Update?
“The core objective of the game remains the same,” Valve assures “Your lanes aren’t further away from each other, and everything you need to win is still in the center of the map.”
But Valve however goes on to describe “meta-defining features,” new locations, vision-granting units known as Watchers, Tormentor mini-bosses, Lotus Pools that help to generate fruit, matchmaking changes, new items, UI tweaks to the health bars, and a couple of many other heroes rebalances that will get to every character present in the game.
