Position Overview

As the Security Manager, your key responsibilities will encompass the following:

Incident Management and Crisis Resolution

This requires you to lead the Incident Management Crisis Resolution (IMCR) program for the Market Franchise Operations.

Business Resilience and Continuity

This includes facilitating validation programs, training, and desk-top exercises, and ensuring a constant state of audit readiness.

Strategic Security Planning

Collaborate in the localization and support of a strategic security plan for the Franchises. Your role will involve identifying and mitigating risks across various geographies and asset categories.

Operational Security Plans

Develop and implement operational security plans for the Business Unit, which encompasses emergency preparedness, resilience testing, and Enterprise Risk Management.

Security Audit and Compliance

Conduct thorough security audits of company-owned facilities, and subsequently implement corrective action plans that align with GSAP programs.

Policy Development and Enforcement

Take charge of creating, updating, and managing Business Unit/Franchise security policies and procedures. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with these policies.

Investigations and Protection

This position requires Candidates to Lead and manage investigations, including pre-employment screenings, COBC elements, and criminal/civil investigations as needed. Additionally, oversee senior leadership executive protection programs, expat/mobility security initiatives, and housing security management.

Safety and Security Leadership

Assume responsibility for safety and security leadership during company events, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory compliance where applicable.

Training and Awareness

Roll out security training and awareness programs related to GSAP initiatives.

Stakeholder Relationships

Develop and maintain essential relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, serving as a valuable partner and resource.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates must possess the following to be eligible for this position:

  • A BSc in the field of security, law enforcement, or risk management.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a Security/Risk Management role within a corporate office environment.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a functional lead or head of Security position within a corporate office environment.
  • A track record of at least 3 years of Profit & Loss or Budget Accountability.
  • A background of at least 3 years of international experience in a Security Role.
  • Familiarity with complex travel to challenging destinations.
