About CIPM
The roots of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria trace back to 1968 when it was established as an overarching association for Personnel Management practitioners. Initially known as the Personnel Management Association of Nigeria, it underwent a name change in 1973 to become the Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
The turning point came in 1992 when Act No. 58 granted the institute its charter status. Rooted in the pursuit of excellence, CIPM is dedicated to nurturing the ecosystem for effective people management, thereby contributing to sustainable growth at the individual, organizational, and national levels.

- Submissions must be in MS Word format only. Any form of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.
